though they run down daed end streets

so I come crawling again out of my door

stumbling down this fancy town
looking for affection but all my love’s in vain
cause this paradise is cold as ice
but it can burn like hell driving me insane

hunting rabbits in the city
with the boys by the flashing disco lights
but when the music is all over
got to get my feet back on the ground
